Very worst service & customer interaction also very poor. Please i recommend you to go with other service. My tracking ID: 258820. I submitted on 18-06-2019. While submitting time they said only with in 18 working days you will get the documents. But it took exact 64 days (2 months). In between if your asking about the status of the document they will not properly response. Worst service. Don't waste your time and money and energy with this service. For a proof i attached the bill. There are very good services are available in dubai (UAE)

FRAUD PEOPLE They are cheaters. No proper communication. They took my friends money and not giving her back her documents. They do not have proper proof to back up their story. Please do not use their services. Employees vanish when they are needed to follow up for your document and when its time for payment they come up with excuses. They are not giving back the money or document. They will first agree on one payment and later keep increasing the payment. Do not trust anyone there. Please be aware of them.
The experience with Genius was good. I got my marriage as well as educational documents attested through them. Things were handled smoothly including collection of documents and delivery. SALMA the executive who liased with me was professional and helpful all throughout the process.
Very bad Service, For my marriage certificate they charge me extra and take 45 days to attest. The certificate was already attested from india and they do again to get the money. All their UAE & Indian team are cheaters. When i check from India and i found that they are not registered in UAE & KSA embassy in India. They damage my certificate fully, now i don't have space to attest for other country. Ms. Abirami & Mr. Pradeep are worst among them all. I request you all don't waste your money and time, you will find better in market. Genius Attestation just do the advertisement and cheat the people.
