Awful service! They can't deliver a parcel from September 10. First week, they didn't register the delivery point in the system (but I had a confirmation email). After, promised delivery on September 22 and... nothing! Today, on September 23, the courier arrived (I was not at home) he said that it is he, who decides about a delivery date and he doesn't care about my confirmation email. Do not advise in any case.

Absolutely the worst customer service! It says a package was delivered but I never received it. I call DPD to clarify it, and they refuse to speak in English. I am not French and this is an international company, where I expect someone to help. Afterwards, when I call again and try to understand where package is, they simply hang up on you - 3 times!!! Appalling service!

This company has to review its business model to accomodate people working standard hours 9:00-18:00 as their opening hours are: Mon to Fri 9:00-18:00 with no other alternatives (at least for my parcel) With my delivery, they were unable to offer a solution, so I was forced to ask them to deliver my cumbersome parcel at work (am not allowed to so). On two consecutive days, I have received two emails and SMS stating I will receive my package only to find out by calling the customer service that my package was either not put on the truck, or that they were unable to deliver it (I had given my phone number, and explicite instructions to call me when they arrive, I never received any form of communication be it from the front desk or my phone). The customer service don't seem to keep track the information that is received by calls as I have so far had to repeat the information change to three different operators because there was : a) no history of previous calls b) no information regarding change requests c) no history of the delivery instructions (i.e. call me when you arrive) My parcel is supposed to be delivered again today, but lets be honest here, with the quality i have been shown so far, I won't be surprised if I receive someone elses parcel. I just hope it is a product similar to the one I ordered. If you can, avoid this company unless frustration is a pleasurable passtime for you.
