!!!Avoid- if there is another option!!! My order from AliExpress was marked as delivered by GLS Gennevilliers when I never received the product. I am trying to reach them on their contact number and they never responds. Currently I am stuck and there is no idea on where should I check for my parcel. Such a pathetic service. If there is an option avoid GLS Gennevilliers

Liars. They say there is an error with the address even though they delivered to the same address a few days earlier. They say it will be delivered the next day but it never is. Customer service is beyond rude and unprofessional.

This service is just s*&t!! I cannot say otherwise - online system does not work at all, client service half an hour on the phone without an answer. Is it really THAT difficult to deliver one package? It is your job!!!! What a shame on your service!!!!!!

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER. I wish I could give this company zero stars, they don't even deserve 1. My parcel was not delivered on the date it was supposed to be. Then I tried to contact the customer service line to reschedule the delivery... it took 3 emails and 12 phone calls to finally get through. They confirmed the new delivery date... and then the parcel did not come on that date either. Now they have closed their phone line and essentially said \this is your problem now\. This is seriously the worst service I have ever encountered from any company.

Worst delivery ever, the guy didn't even call, left a paper where he is saying he's going to come back again in 4 days!!! I paid a lot to get it today, and here I am not receiving this. And the worse part is that I cannot even change it to a date I can be here. So now the package is going back all the way to China... Great job GLS. I won't be using your services again.

Not even worth a star. No correspondence between the site of delivery mentioned online and the actual point of delivery. Pricy service for 5 day delivery which has come to over 10 days at this point, and I still ignore the whereabouts of the parcel (did not even receive delivery notice failure with tracking number, had to ask the dispatcher). No telephone customer service in Paris, but I am not surprised given the number of awful internet reviews, their call centre would collapse. Avoid at all costs!
