We were sent here by the owner of the coffee bar around the corner. What a great find. Calm and authentic atmosphere and very nice simple authentic Genovese food. We went with our three sons (2, 6 and 7) and they were kind and welcoming and so were the other people in the restaurant. Our kids wolfed down all the food so that should say something about the taste. No one spoke any English so we had a good laugh communicating, however the menu is translated in English.

Waiters cannot speak english but they are raelly nice and do their best. Food is fresh and tasty. Menu contains one special side with so-called touristic offer that is available in englis.

Il pesto è fenomenale, fatto fresco ogni mattina, profumato e abbondante, per me il migliore in assoluto. Cucina casalinga, non mi sono mai pentita di un piatto. Ingredienti genuini e atmosfera simpatica e cordiale.

Atmosfera suggestiva, cucina semplice e saporita. L'edificio è antico e il locale fa da punto di ristorazione da secoli. Vale la pena se piacciono i luoghi impregnati di storia. Menù fisso a mezzogiorno a non più di 13 con acqua , primi, secondi e contorno. In piena zona vecchia di Genova, nei vicoli stretti!
