The food is ok. It’s reheated which is understandable since a lot of Indonesian take away places (especially in the Netherlands) work like this. But it’s just missing that taste and experience which I encountered more at other Indonesian places.

A must-visited place when travelling at Ghent! The foods are undoubtly delicious and it definitely has a rich taste of Indonesia’ herbs and spices. The resto has a warm-comfortably room upstairs where you can eat and spend your time with friends. On the top of that the owner is very friendly and patient when explaining the foods. Superb!

Came here because I miss Indonesian food. I had 2 takeaways lunch to sample more choice. The food is how Indonesian home cooking/warung food is supposed to be, it tastes really homey and there’s no pretentiousness. I don’t mind it to be reheated with microwave because in Indonesia we are usually served food that are not hot anyway. This place is authentic in a sense that this is how most Indonesian eat (carbvegsmeat), bot to mention the affordable price (7.75 for lunch set). In sum I had: Bihun goreng, bakmi goreng, buncis, orak arik, smoor, and ayam rica. The bakmi goreng was a bit bland, but all other stuffs were spot on. 5/5 would come back when I am in Ghent again.

Nice location and probably the food would be very good as well, if it was not microwaved (this is transparent to the customer, as it is prepared, while you're waiting at the order counter)... Friendly owner, who takes his time to explain the options...

We ordered take away from this place with Uber eats and it was disgusting. We don't understand why this place gets good ratings. The fried rice was really soggy , the noodles were regular pasta. The beef was overcooked and super dry. We're very disappointed. This is not what you'd expect from 40euros on take away.

Great indonesian food at affordable prices. The owner has spent a lot of time in Indonesia and knows how to make it. I'm an usual customer. Recommended!
