Catastrophic experience, 0 help for non dutch speaker and absolutely no way to contact them, refuse to even speak English on the phone, this is not normal to treat client like this.
My account has been handled with nothing else than poor management and account, a disgrace!!
Expensive company. Friendly helpdesk. However, if you forget to pay, you immediately have to pay administrative costs. People sometimes forget things but obviously, Farys doesn't make any mistakes. This is not a customer friendly approach. A cost free reminder would be more customer friendly and 21st century appropriate!
EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT AND UNFRIENDLY CONTACT We call to follow up on the replacement of a Lead pipe as they came to check and told us to expect a follow up call in the next 2 weeks. As nothing happened, we call and get a very unpleasant person who gets mad at us because we don't give her a client number (sorry we don't remember all clients number for every single company) and she cant find anything. Then she realizes she DID NOT LOOK AT THE RIGHT NUMBER. I understand why Belgium is often seen as a place with one of the worst customer service in the world. As Belgian, I am ashamed of this and don't understand how there are still companies out there which don't care about their customer experience.

Mafia zijn jullie. Al meer dan half jaar zijn we verhuisd. Tot nu toe vragen jullie nog steeds zogezegd iet betaalde facturen\ te betalen met nog is administratieve kosten daarbovenop terwijl deze wel in orde zijn. Bij het bellen geen antwoord en er kan niet eens gemaild worden met jullie. Kortom ik raad het iedereen af!
Bellen naar 078 ( betalend ) niet te bereiken met smartphone . Met vast toestel een 0800 opgebeld , die zei das niet voor ons schade van farys , beetje arrogant. Kelder van appartement onder water nu al 10 cm , Farys wilde niets ondernemen , syndicus gebeld .Maken jullie eens een 0800 nummer die voor schade bereikbaar is aub .
