Good assortments of furniture like always. Sadly, during the pandemic the 30 minute maximum does not hold into account some disabled people cannot move around that fast.

During the pandemic, the morning queues could be better managed by giving more information to people on where to keep in line, when the queue is too big for the barriers. The security personnel not always do a great job at guiding the clients...
It's an ikea, friendly employees, the ones that I talked to. I would like more shortcuts on the top floor. But on the other side, I've reached my step goal . A better description in the app were I could find my stuff would be nice.
Terrible experience last wednesday, when the security guard at first floor followed us and shamed us in front of other customers because we were too close (couple) and we replied in English to him that we couldn't understand, after he told us rudely to not stay close to each other (in a perfect English) we complied and apologised, we understand rules and want to respect them. You can check your cameras for proof, He kept following us and shamed us in front of the whole floor saying that next time he find us close he will kick one of us out if we say something more. We were watching for a bit from distance and he didn't stop other couples or families much bigger than us all close together, a lady even came to apologize for the situation she witnessed. Shame, shame on you Ikea hiring such a racist / nationalist young guy instead of someone more professional that maybe need a job and is more respectful with people. I was sick after this episode from how stressful it was. This is unacceptable, I will never ever shop there again and be sure to be heard by as many as possible.
We bought a table but they delivered only 3 legs. A table ideally has 4. They don't react to mails at all, so we had to call customer service and stay on the line for almost an hour... After a lot of back and forth they were going to deliver the fourth leg, but it's way past the due date and we still didn't receive anything. Each time we have to contact the customer service we lose so much time, it costs money and we have to try and explain we want to get our product which we paid for... At this point the amount we paid in phone calls is enough to pay for the leg and we still didn't receive anything.

I bought almost 1000 euros worth of stuff here. Most of them were fine, but we have a closet of which the door wouldn't close at all. We tried to configure the hinges in all possible combinations, but the door is very skewed. It's more inconvenient than simply not having a door. We contacted support with a detailed description and pictures. About a month later we got a basic reply how 'unfortunate' it is we received a faulty product and asked if we'd like to replace it. I replied yes to that but I never heard from them again. I tried another mail almost a month later and still no reply. My first mail dates back from early September 2020 and it's now almost 2021... I had tried Facebook in November since businesses sometimes respond quicker on social media, but I received the same treatment. I got an initial reply asking for my ticket number and never got another response after that. We will have to resort to other instances to help us resolve this matter and get it returned since we still haven't been able to use that closet. There is no way we are purchasing another product here until this matter is dealt with. Even then, you should be wary of the cheap materials. The glue is coming loose on one of our desks. Despite that most of the furniture was fine, the horrendous support warrants this negative review.
