I also fully concur with the other reviews of this ridiculous business. I am truly amazed they haven't gone out of business yet. The rude and inefficient manager of the shop did a very poor job of the simple task I asked him to complete. After the first attempt (which he rushed and ruined) all the business cards I ordered were of such poor quality I could not accept a single one of them. He did say he would re do them for later that day which was acceptable to me. Upon returning 3 hours later he had still not completed the task as requested, I then waited a further 30 minutes for him to do them. Upon completion 80% of the new cards were acceptable, however he had cut down 20% of them in a careless manner which I was not prepared to pay for. He then proceeded to try and hide the bad cards under the other ones. When I drew his attention to them and said I would not pay full price for a job that was incomplete he lost his temper and proceeded to throw all the cards in the waste bin. When I said that that was not necessary and would be happy to pay for the cards that were done. He then got very angry and refused to discuss the mater. He was then very rude to me and demanded I leave his shop. After speaking to other colleagues at the University in Gent I understood that i was not the only person to find his service appalling and his work substandard. I hope these reviews will dissuade people from using his awfully run business and that a better competitor will get the business he has lost. He does not deserve to work in that industry. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

I had a pleasant transaction this at this shop this morning and walked out with exactly what I was after. The quality of the print is exceptional, and the price very reasonable. So I think it's only fair, after seeing the negative reviews below, to add my experience to the pile.
Only wasted my time here. The shop owner is terribly rude and one of my classmates' work was very poorly done.

Should have read the reviews before going to this place. The little man that runs the place does not care at all about customer service. Of course this can be a xenophobic issue - he did tell me "you're in Belgium now, go learn dutch". Which makes it extra hateful. I gave him 16 pdfs in letter format that follow a certain template. He printed them in A4, cropping out the border of the documents. When I asked him to HELP me seeing what I could do so that I could have the documents printed properly (P.S.: pretty sure that when printing something there's an option to print in letter paper, but moving on), he started bickering that "everyone thinks they're a graphic designer", followed by that little pearl about us being in Belgium how I should learn dutch. All in all, just an awful experience. I ended up coming home with the cropped versions of my documents, and would sincerely rather write them by hand myself than ever going to that hateful little place again.
Ik wil deze copyshop AFRADEN aan iedereen die er wil gaan printen, en dan nog niet eens omdat ze uiterst onvriendelijk zijn, je meestal heel lang laten wachten en hun printkwaliteit laag is en eerder te vergelijken is met die van een copyshop dan een drukker die ze zeggen te zijn. werd beschuldigd van het feit dat het wel mijn eigen fout zou zijn. Ik ben absoluut verontwaardigd over hoe ik daar als klant behandeld ben. Er zijn veel goede copyzaken en veel goede drukkers in Gent waar u wél professioneel en vriendelijk behandeld wordt. Mij ziet u hier niet terug!
kwaliteit van papier is niet zo goed! qua service kan het echt veel beter (je kreeg al direct een opmerking als iets niet goed was, je kan er ook niet met kaart betalen.) en ben heus niet de enige die zo denkt! oke het was 1 euro voor een A3 in kleur op zich niet zo duur, maar kwaliteit kan echt beter. jammer maar ja , top copy iets verderop is beter qua service en kwalieit #sorrynotsorry
