Super vet in so many ways: 1. Communication: clear, transparent and attentive. Proactive and quick! Written info as well as follow up. 2. Attitude: towards us, as the pet owner, he was extremely kind and professional and yet so human. Patient and sweet when necessary and even with some humour at the end of the visit! Towards our cat he not only took care of him as a great doctor, he also took the time to make our cat feel at ease. 3. Flexibility and correctness: he took our call at 11.30pm and at midnight he received us in his practice. He informed us on the price beforehand and was happy to help us. We HIGHLY recommend Dr. Reza: this for the well being of your animals and for the personal contact as a pet owner. Thank you again Dr. Reza. See you soon. Lila-Rose (cat)

Dr. Reza is very friendly and compassionate. He really cares about the animals he is treating. Also, really flexible (24h!), an appointment after work hours is a luxury to us! Our kittens got great care, and we got a detailed explanation on everything. We definitely recommend him!

I knew doctor Reza because my cat was having epileptic seizure, so I searched for a doctor who can really help in this case in Ghent, I was very lucky to deal with him. Personally, he is very friendly and kind, he even never think twice when the case is really urgent! He just decided to see my cat even out of his working hours! Professionally, I’ve really met many veterinarians (as my cat is 15 years old), but doctor Reza really understands what he does, he adores his career, and he does his best to keep pets alive and healthy.. Was unfriendly and annoyed about the fact that we have stopped visiting him in the past. And changed the doctor. We needed help late in the evening. He began also to complain that his wife and daughter were ill. And he shows that he doesn't not really want/can to help us. So if you are not his regular client then this is sad.
