Avoid this place! I waited 40minutes for a simple bagel. They just forgot my order and when it arrived with no excuse it was in a dirty bag and guacamole all over the inside as well. The bagel was chewy and definitelly not fresh. Nice location but bad food and service.

We went here for breakfast. I wanted the breakfast menu, but I prefer a caramel latte but that wasn't included. I didn't mind paying extra to get a caramel latte, but that wasn't possible. The waitress was a bit annoyed by my question and said then it's ok for once. Then when she came back she asked who ordered a latte and I said yes a caramel latte, but she apparently forgot and looked annoyed. But she came back with the caramel latte. It was a bit strange.. but the place was nice, you could actually do your laundry there! The food was good.
They had great fluffy pancakes with strawberries. Service was very friendly and didn't take too long. They were also paying plenty attention to cleanliness in the aftermath of covid-19. Haven't combined dinner with doing laundry so far, but it would be a great setting to spend time, with or without laundry.
This places serves some great food, while being inexpensive for what you get. Also, it's a kind of a setup where you have washing machines all over the restaurant and you can eat while you wait for your laundry (hence the name) Their bagel burgers are honestly epic and the waffle fries they serve on the side are fantastic
A food chain throughout Belgium. Amazing menu with numerous options, both sweet and salty!! Really instagrammable cute place to hang up with friends or your partner; child-friendly as well! Its name comes from the washing machines which you can use to wash your clothes, while enjoying your brunch!! Our order was late and they made a discount on the final price! Real professionals and client-centric!! 5/5 stars, maybe worth even more!

A very very cosy place, with lots of nice things to pick from. The prizes are amazing, it's very good for students or for a cheaper meal in Ghent when you still get delicious food. The people there were very nice as well. It has some very nice vegan options as well, which is always a nice thing to have. The seating is comfortable and with lots of natural lights and window seats.
The food is nothing to complain about. But: it took 20 minutes until the waitress noticed us, and then 50 minutes until the food materialized. The glass that came with the beer was dirty as if nobody washed it after the previous customer. There were used needles(probably from a insulin shot) left on the bank outside, and the tables were filthy and sticky. Overall, not worth the hassle for the average food.
