Ik had er meer van verwacht. De (nieuwe?) medewerker had weinig ervaring. Alles werd van het computerscherm afgelezen en ik heb geen typerende uitleg gekregen. De afhandeling was weinig professioneel, erg lang moeten wachten op de geschenkverpakking en de afrekening en bovendien was hij niet echt vriendelijk. Jammer, vermoedelijk was ik tevreden geweest indien ik geholpen werd door familie Van den bussche
