My son and I have been patients at Gentle Family Dentistry for over 7 years. We love the staff and the excellent patient care they provide. The office staff works very hard to make accommodations to fit all of their patients into the busy office schedule. The staff is prompt, always considerate in the timing of each appointment. We both have been seen by each Dentist and hygienist in the practice. I have confidence that everyone of their employees provide excellent dental care to each patient. The office was very rude when I needed to reschedule my appointment after having to cancel. I'm a mom of young kids and life happens. When I called to reschedule I was asked to verbally affirm that I was going to make my appointment. Who called to make an appointment knowing there is a 50 cancellation fee intending not to show up? like most moms I can't put my needed before my family's needs. They cared more about making sure I was going to pay their 50 cancellation fee than my dental health. I would not recommend this office.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Working with Dr. Spragg and his staff over the past few months getting my teeth in order has been BY FAR the best experience I’ve ever had at ANY dental office. Their team was kind and courteous, the facility was extremely clean, and overall my mouth has never looked / felt better. I would highly recommend and have recommended Gentle Family to my friends and family.
