Very good level of service from my experience. I had a hospital appointment booked at short notice and the healthcare nurses from gentlecare agreed with me to come. I called the office to confirm and they turned up on time to help me with the whole appointment and didn't even fuss when it took longer. Really grateful as I have no family near me to help Really refreshing experience

I would like to thank the entire team at Gentlecare for the thoroughly amazing service which we receive. They help my uncle in Northwood, and we receive regular carers every day and they are utterly superb. We are very happy with the quality of support, care and carers received. When we call the office, they are also exceptionally supportive and help us straight away. Furthermore, their timing is excellent. The carer coming in the morning really brightens up his day, and we are tremendously appreciative for your help and I don’t know where we would be today without it. High quality services than doesn’t cost the earth. I especially like Claudia as the carer t my dad she’s very kind and know what she doing! One day we needed to go out so cancelled call, so carer stayed longer the next day to make sure we all okay! Very best here, I recommend wholeheartedly.

Stellar services provided by Gentle Care. This company is one of the best. I used them for a while and they were just right for us. I had a bad experience with another agency in Harrow and have been very cynical since then but since I have been using Gentle Care, I have seen that ‘good care’ actually does exist! And when it occurs like it does every day at GentleCare, it is a huge privilege to be able to experience it. The carers always were especially good taking care of me and understanding of my poor eyesight: they guided me as beautifully as princesses across the snow. *****

I can not praise these guys enough. They would virtually bend over backwards to help us and would always be empathetic and made us feel comfortable. No task was ever too big/small for them. I have an interest in aircraft and motorbikes, and so I was really pleased when I found out that the support worker who visited me also knew a lot about them! Therefore, he was like a friend to us. I am so pleased to have such a superb company to support me and my wife, and they really have improved the quality of both our lives, as well as making us feel more valued and special. Thank you so much, and please pass on my best wishes to my caregiver! I don't normally write reviews online, but due to the excellence of Gentle care that we have experienced, I thought that I would make an exception on this occasion. I have used a number of care agencies in the past, but it is Gentle Care that has stood out to me, because they genuinely care about us and treat us very well.
