I was looking for someone to design a front porch and carport that would complement my 1939 Cape Cod home. I found David through friends who had asked him for a design, and thought he had good ideas at a reasonable pricepoint, as well as easy to work with. It was all true! David worked with me as we tweaked and tuned throughout construction, and I am super happy with the result!

David was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and very professional. We brought to him our own self-designed house plan and he was able to turn it into a high-quality set of plans for our contractor. While David made changes and suggestions for improvement as we went, he maintained the elements that we wanted/needed in our new home. I was so happy working with the plans that I have since recommended him to other clients. We are nearing completion of the house and will add photos when we are completed.
