UPDATE 2020. Although I did not have good experience, I am glad that the management has improved as well as the decor. Will have to revisit when I am next in the area. ------ Went here ages ago in 2016 but finally got time to write this up and with holidays it is difficult to locate the places on google maps. Perhaps it was not my luck because our experience was not good. It is not the first time I've had Swiss fondue so I know what they are like. Our fondue took ages to warm up but luckily the staff acknowledged after complaining it wasn't warming up so replaced another heater. We wanted alcohol in the fondue but I couldn't taste any so in the end we were charged for it but got it rectified.

Perhaps it was not my luck because our experience was not good but on a positive note the management has changed. I was so frustrated because I had to persuade the group to have fondue and it wasn't a good experience. The potatoes were really good and we had an enjoyable meal in the good atmosphere. Service was nice, friendly and efficient as well.

I enjoyed the meal here very much. The raclette was delicious with the boiled potatoes. It doesn’t sound like much, but trust me, totally worth it. I also ordered a Malakoff since it’s a specialty and was not disappointed. The staff took a while to get to me, but once they did, service was good. An enjoyable experience overall.

Perfect place for eating and relaxing! Delicious fondue!!! Tender \Zurich surprise\, light and tasty desserts. One minus: long time awaiting your waiter. But strongly recommend. ;) You NEED to reserve a table here.

This is a really good spot. Very authentic Swiss food. Awesome fondue with morel mushrooms and traditional Rosti. Try Malakoff fried appetizer. The main dishes is not bad at all.

We tried the traditional dishes here, founded with morels and a roster with ham, cheese and eggs, both very good and filling, can't exactly finish it. For fondue, they have a huge varieties of choices, goat cheese, sheep cheese, motie-motie, and some other types of cheese, such as gruyere, vacherin, and with 2 different types of mushrooms, they also have other traditional Swiss foods, so it's good for people to try Swiss authentic dishes
