Great personnel, great experience. All dealerships should take example from these guys right here. Jaguar service has been great, easy to organize a test drive, which doesn't only last 30 minutes.
I would give the Volvo side 4 stars, as I've already even purchased from them, but I am very disappointed by the Range Rover side. Without wanting to get in too many details, the salesman practically treated me as a car thief! He later said he was \only following directives\. but I'm not sure that's how one should treat a customer; any customer. For a concession that supposedly sells prestigious brands, that was very low... I feel there has been a serious attack to my dignity. Avoid.
I have bought new RR Velar in Jan 19, once received and after the first drive I could hear the terrible noise/vibration in the car so I returned it back to garage within 15 mins. I took the person from garage to join me in the car and he also agreed he had never heard that before and there is an issue. They took the car for diagnostics, giving me a replacement one, 2 weeks they were telling me they are working on the sollution and that the problem was not solved, but then they just texted me like apparently there is no issue and come to pick up your car as it is. I came to garage, we did a test drive and the issue was still there; one of them (I think Roberto) offered to put on some music and open the window not to hear the noise. When I refused to take it and to return the replacement car they even told they gonna call police.. this is the way client buying brand new car is treated. I have made it official with the lawyer; Finally they agreed to re-order the new one, but I have to wait anothet 2 months, And the replacement car they gave is 10yo with 187k milage super old Jaguar. I was the client of Lexus before and I could have never imagined you can get such a terrible service level from the RR brand. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And as a fresh comment (08/03/2019) as a reply to the Autobritt message below: do you see any reason for me, who buys a 76k worth car to go to Google reviews to post smth which is not true??? The review describes my case and shares it with public. And I am very sorry for your level of service guys

Polite, professional & they did the job. Expensive but would use them again regardless.
Have been servicing my car here since 4 years and have always received top quality service. Will continue with them as soon as the new ride arrives.
Sales guys will reserve you some terrible deals - avoid. Repair shop is somewhat ok, at least they're helpful in that part.
