Horrible service, unless you're buying (of course). Have been waiting for a call to pick up my car for 2 days, after they told me over phone when they called to rebook the appointment, and then again at the reception, that due to covid, I had to leave it for the whole day and they'd call when ready -- Just phoned to ask if I can get it now, and they answered in a very bad manner and basically scold me because it's been ready since the day I left it, it seems I should've known it as \they always say the same\ and I must be lying about their original instructions... hopefully I dont have to deal with them too often or for more serious matters... is it really so complicated to say \sorry for the misunderstanding\, or \thank you for calling\?? Just the minimum on politeness! UPDATE : Thank you very much for your response. There must have been a larger misunderstanding as the first time I heard about the 2 pneus was today when I talked to you in person. I appreciate the time you took to review this and talk with your team to come back with an explanation. Best regards.
Horrible customer service. It should NOT be this hard just to make an appointment. They don't answer emails. So, You are forced to call and based on the type of vehicle you have, they refer you to someone else. The phone is not answered. You call back and the first person you spoke to seems annoyed with you and tells you to call someone on their direct line, as if you were supposed to know that. Absurd. Hard to rate the actual service if one can't even get an appointment.
Not the most professional promo/sales person. I tested a car on their \hybrid test days\ and the saleslady was knowledgeable, but at the same time was very eager to leave work, so the interaction led to a few rude moments on her part. Plus, she didn't want to let me the usual half hour with the car. I actually looked at their working hours and the store was supposed to close a half hour later than when she was leaving... in general, her reception of me was not good.
Overall an OK garage, my sales guy was pretty old fashioned and unaware of the market, so the offers were uncompetitive.
Excellent service Professional attitude And great availability of Mr. Ramos Who is an excellent collaborateur For Emil Frey Bravo to him for the high service to the client.
Terrible customer service. Having used them several time, it always seems like doing them favor.
