I really must say overall a great experience. They were thorough, detailed and made sure they fulfilled all the details of our transaction in 24 hrs as I wanted, sometimes it can be challenging wherever you go to get things done! I appreciated my sales guy (Edward Mayzler) and ultimately really appreciated our transaction being more like a conversation. I'm not a haggler and its no secret, but I didn't have to haggle. I came forward with what I had and they came forward with what they had and next day I drove away in my car! Done Deal and how I can appreciate this being done! I don't have time to invest two weeks into getting something done! Igor and Edward, both rocked it and I appreciated working with them.

I called in because I wanted to get a new SUV. I knew what I wanted and had some questions. The person I dealt with was very lax and didn’t really seem interested- didn’t ask me engaging questions. Maybe they just aren’t great in the phone? Still wanted to come in. He said he’d email me to set up an appointment, well never got the email. He said the email would have his contact info and times we could schedule. I called back (didn’t even know the guys name) and he said oh yeah I never sent the email. No apology, can you imagine if I didn’t call him back. He set up my appointment over the phone which come to find out they had no record of when I reached out to reschedule due to the snow storm. Ended up going to another Infiniti dealership and purchased. I’d reconsider this location. Doesn’t seem like they are too excited to help a customer make a purchase.

The entire experience with George Harte Infiniti was exceptional. We found them to be professional and very knowledgeable. That made the transaction easy. They were quick to respond to us throughout the process which gave us such a sense of confidence in their willingness and ability to meet all our needs. Mostly, they were attentive to details and showed they cared. Our new vehicle was ready for us with no delay. When we had questions, they listened and fully answered our questions. The whole process of trading in one vehicle and purchasing another was very smooth with no surprises. After dealing with the sales team over the phone and emails, we were so impressed we decided we needed to do business with George Harte Infiniti. We drove over 2 hours from New York because we were confident we would get the service and attention we wanted and they really delivered. We recommend them without reservation.

EDIT on my first review: I just wanted to add, on top of the impeccable service department, I had a chance to chat with Ed in sales today about a possible upgrade on my vehicle. He is super professional, very knowledgeable, and wonderful to deal with. He gave me some great advice about getting into a new vehicle and was able to put my mind at ease a little bit. This type of service goes a long way in the ever-changing automotive industry- and just one more reason why I will never purchase another brand and I will never go to another Infiniti dealership in Connecticut. This location at Harte is TOP NOTCH and they have such a huge step ahead of all competition! Love this place! Thanks again! This new location is beautiful! My service went smoothly and I was given a nice loaner. All the service writers are super sweet and helpful and always make you feel welcomed! This is my third Infiniti and I won't be going anywhere else!!!!! Thank you all.
