He talked the talk, but then he walked, never to return. I contacted him a couple of times and he was going to return, but he let me down again. Friday 18 Dec The truth is that you had promised to return with a trailer to clean up my yard and take rubbish and unwanted items to the tip. Then a few days later we went into the first lockdown. I'm sure there were times when external work could have been done, but I never heard from you. At the end of the lockdown I sent you an email, but I did not get a reply. So after a while of waiting for a response, I rang you and did get an agreement that you would come to see me that Friday. At that time I told you that all I wanted doing was the small amount of skirting and associated work needed to complement the Laminate Flooring that you had fitted. That was to be the last time I would hear from you, because you failed to turn up and didn't call or send an explanation. After a while I gave up on hearing from you and I've had to live with my unfinished job ever since. George let's not blame everything on the Pandemic; you let me down big time.

George put up a tv mount under 10 months ago and over time the work has damaged the wall. I have gotten another tradesman out who stated the tv mount was incorrectly fixed onto the wall which has caused the damage over time. I would not recommend George has he was not forthcoming fix the work he did and instead blame the problem on time rather than the actual job itself.
