The Cayman Sea Salt Farm located in Grand Cayman is the only artisanal sea salt farm in the Caribbean. It has been designed and developed by the owners to be eco-friendly and efficient, using recycled materials where ever possible to create a waste-free environment. Utilizing natural resources and local support the farm has been running since 2005. We at Cayman Sea Salt are committed to the environment and have the policy to be as eco-friendly as possible. Our crystallization tables used recycled glass from sling doors discarded after Hurricane Ivan. At every single stage, the water and brine are filtered to ensure purity.
