Great place me and various co workers have been coming here for years. Staff is competent and knowledgeable. Offering services on basically anything you could imagine. Would recommend this location to anyone.

In Virginia's World

I always have my equipment repaired here, or renting machinery I do not have. Its quick ,convenient and local. Just recently took my lawnmower in for its spring tune up and it was ready in a day ! I was expecting much later because its their busy time. Thank you to Gary for always ensuring all our machinery is in perfect working order !

I'd come in based in a recommendation from a friend who had their lawn mower worked on that these guys are great. Unfortunately that was not the case for me and my pressure washer. I was told it would take a couple of weeks as they were 'backed up'. After a month of not hearing anything I called for an update. Only to be told that they were really behind and hadn't stated. When I finally heard back a full 2 months later, I was less then impressed to realize the handle holder had been broken off. I was informed they likely 'chucked the piece cause they didn't know what it belonged to'. Worst part of all this... even though they'd said it 'had been tested and was running fine'. When I turn it on now it blows smoke none stop and actually now won't even start...

The worst customer service ever took my snow blower in for some repairs (Very specific instructions given) didn't do any of it didn't ask for oil change or spark plug change as i had just done that but that's what they did and charged for it with out addressing real issues with blower, a few hundred dollars later and still has same problem. No sorry no nothing Still not fixed. I will let them know how i feel with my cash and spend it somewhere else. Would give them less then one star. if i could.
