The only reason I didn’t star this a 1 is because the food is always fresh and really really good, much better than other A&W’s. The drive through line service here is extremely slow unfortunately. I live in the neighbourhood and always come here and 9 times out of 10 I have to pull to the front and wait 5-15minutes for my order (usually very small order). I figured it’s because they always make their food fresh and it takes longer, so I don’t mind waiting. However, other A&W locations are always fast. AMAZING food though, never disappointed.

Had the worst experience ordering Beyond The Meat burgers from this location. Firstly, our burgers were cold when we received them and on top of that they were missing ALL the condiments we had asked for (mayo, ketchup, mustard, and pickles) including the cheese we had paid extra for. The burgers only had the patty and onions! We also ordered onion rings with our order that were extremely salty. When we thought our experience couldn’t get any worse, we also found a HAIR in one of our onion rings!!! Safe to say, we stopped eating at that point and will never order from this location again. Vey disappointed.
If you are going to get a burger here, make sure you visit a restroom before you go. They have the slowest service of any of the burger joints in Georgetown. Not uncommon to have to wait for additional things in the parking lot - like fries, onion rings, etc.
This location is terrible. They are incredibly slow to process orders (around 5 min per car in the drive through). This location is close to my work so I visit roughly once a week. They also get my order wrong at least half the time... they must be very happy mcdonalds is currently closed.
Had a fantastic experience in this spot with my friend. The food was served quickly and the customer service is just excellent. Prices are reasonable.
