Went in for an oil change. Had an appointment and waited. Took just over 2 hours. Oil change was done right. No issues there. Just took way too long and he waiting room wasn't sanitized regularly. Even after I said something, it took another person complaining 30 minutes later for the chairs to be sanitized. Other than that it was a pleasant visit and yes, I would return for service.

Justin was really accommodating especially considering I was traveling from out of state. Long story short, if you’re thinking of buying a Ford, I would shop with Justin every time.

WTH! I'm waiting for my truck's oil change and Boulevard has some sort of YouTube streaming on their TV in the waiting room. I've never seen such nonsense in my life. It's crap that would appeal to a 10 year old. Everyone in the waiting room is an adult with average around 50. I guess I'm going to go and complain.
