Carol was incredibly helpful in identifying two pairs of earrings for me to purchase; she has a keen eye for jewelry and style, she is thoughtful, and she is so very welcoming. We also had my engagement ring repaired by Brilliant Gold last year, where they replaced a lost stone and restored the claws with more material. It was done with great craftsmanship. We used to go to a jeweller out of town but now this is the only place for us!

Its unfortunate i can't give a o Star review cause honestly that's what I would give them. I was gifted some stuff in September and due to the pandemic and living in toronto that was in lockdown wasn't able to go and exchange the items and when i finally did they told me NOPE ITS BEEN LONGER THAN 30 DAYS WTH. I will advise everyone to be careful that if you aren't able to make it out there within the 30 days too bad for you. I will never go here again and have told everyone that used to go there not to... Lets clarify I wasn't returning I was exchanging and to say that yes when I went in to do an exchange there was a promotion that offered a free bracelet so I thought ohh bonus I also asked and was told I could exchange it with no problem regardless which was not the case ( I was on a time crunch and they didn't have what I wanted to exchange it for so i picked something and left just thinking I'll come back once they have the stuff I actually want. Also I currently still have a credit of 45 there and haven't even bothered to get anything with it.. If I was so into getting free product I would have used that up instead of ordering directly form Pandora.

Came by the store as I was having my watch repaired and I was browsing the Pandora section, a ring caught my eye. Unlike other stores, Carol was very friendly and patient. She was very knowledgeable with the Pandora collection. I was undecided between two rings and once I had my mind made up paying was quick, and she didn't try to tempt me to buy more charms, which I appreciate. She even gift wrapped it for me, so sweet! I'm definitely coming back for my holiday shopping!

My mother went to exchange her Pandora bracelet she received for her 60th birthday at this Pandora location and their employe who addressed her was disgustingly rude and spoke down to her and told her to "Go back to Brampton, we dont need to help you here, we dont follow the same rules as the other Pandora dealers" As per Pandora guidelines you are required to exchange a product even if your an "independent dealer". My family including myself, have purchased MANY items here over the years. Needless to say, NO ONE in my family will be coming back into this store. After spending thousands of here, we will find a different store who treats their customers with respect. Terrible Service.
