If I could give zero stars, I would. I highly recommend NOT going to this specific CIBC Branch location. I no longer live in Georgetown, but had to try the CIBC at the Georgetown Mall multiple times after leaving this one unhappy and without doubt unsatisfied with the service & staff. The staff at the mall’s location are actually kind and helpful.
