Due to an unfortunate accident, the screen for our 10 year old home laptop was permanently damaged. We found Compumaster online and after reading all of Ron's 5 star reviews, we decided to get his opinion as to whether repairing the laptop was possible, for a reasonable cost. Due to the age of our laptop, a replacement was no longer available however, Ron made a few suggestions to work around the problem. We took one of his suggestions and are very happy with the outcome. I was very pleased to see that Ron makes customer service a priority. I will have no hesitation in returning to Compumaster in the future, should the need ever arise again. I highly recommend this business.

Ron is absolutely wonderful for helping an untech savvy person get her tablet up and running. Always very cheerful on the phone and the young lady who works at the front desk is always so pleasant. If I ever need more computer help I won't hesitate to call Ron again. Very reasonable rates too.
I had a problem with my daughters laptop for school. Ron was able to help get the issue resolved same day for a totally reasonable price. Very happy with his service and will return in future when needed.
