Brought my truck in to have an oil leak diagnosed and brakes done. During their inspection they noted that my tires had tread depth of 13/32 on the fronts and 12/32 on the rear. However the front passenger tire was replaced 7 days ago with a new tire because of a puncture. Not sure if I can trust their diagnosis when they can't even measure tread depth properly. Anytime something is wrong with your vehicle you have at least a week's wait before your vehicle can be looked at and then another week before the parts can come in and you can be rebooked. So you loose your vehicle twice over a span of a repair. This has happened with multiple repairs over the years. This is my last time dealing with this dealership.

What a fantastic experience at Concept Ford!!! The salesman Alex was beyond amazing. Very friendly, easy to talk to, very strong knowledge on his vehicles. He had everything ready for me when I arrived, he was organized! He made buying my new F-150 easy breezy and fun! Provided me with a lot of various information that my new truck has and took the time to go through all of it with me. Overall everyone I’ve had to talk to during the process were absolutely wonderful. Strongly recommend this place. Great prices, good deals friendly staff. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
