We believe everyone has the capacity to do great things, if only presented with the right opportunity. Our goal is to help students and their families find that opportunity. We provide a series of progressive programs for students at all stages of the career planning process, from high school freshman to post-secondary graduate. Using many of the same tools we use with corporate executives, we provide a simple and easy-to-apply process, individualized student profiles and access to research materials which are both credible and insightful. Our high school program, Beyond the Horizon is delivered in 3 parts: 1. Student profile - helping students identify who they are before determining what they want to be - includes assessments on behaviour style, transferable skills, driving forces and personal interests. 2. Career research - helping students research potential careers - duties, salary ranges, economic outlook, industry metrics, future growth and career opportunities. 3. Program research - helping students find the right institution, educational program and learning environment. Students can register for each component independently or enrol in comprehensive program which includes all three aspects.
