The staff their is very helpful and considerate. One girl named Caroline was so nice and helpful and it just made my day a whole lot better in general. Those employees are hard to come by but Georgetown eyecare has the best

They have one of the best staff, and my doctor was awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. But, I was supposed to get glasses and its been over a month and I'm still without them. They don't ever call to give you updates just leave you in the dark. I had to call and found out they got messed up and had to restart them. Have to wait another two weeks which I'm guessing will be another month. No one should have to wait this looking for corrective lenses. Walmart eye center got my old pair to me in 5 days.
