I was visiting the Round Rock area on business when I fell and sustained multiple fractures. Desperately needed some medical equipment in order to travel back home. I phoned Georgetown Home Medical Equipment when they opened and within 2 hours they had delivered what I needed to me. Everyone was so professional, friendly and accommodating. I work in the medical field and would recommend them for any of your equipment needs. Being out of town, alone and injured is not a good feeling, but when you have a company like this that assists, it makes all the difference!

Marla and Bill Pennell have been just awesome in dealing with my mother's medical needs for many years. My mother, Georgia, is now being moved to hospice so she cannot continue to utilize their service. But she is so grateful for the personal level of care that they have provided her over the years that she is distressed that she won't be able to continue to do business with them anymore. They have gone above and beyond their obligations to her - and we would recommend them to anyone who needs caring people who will help them deal compassionately with their loved one's medical needs.

I brought my husband home after major back surgery and none of our bed options were working. Frustrated, I called this business to check on renting a hospital bed. Though it was close to closing time, they took the order and arrived at my house in 30 minutes. The bed was set up for us in 15 minutes. And now, after several very stressful days, we are able to rest. 5 stars aren't enough.
