Exemplary service!! Dale went above and beyond to fix my mom's older hearing aid twice. Then when she ordered new ones, he was caring enough to personally deliver them to her at the hospital since she wasn't able to come to the store to pick them up. He is so patient and really cares about his customers. Fanny is also a pleasure to deal with and is extremely helpful.

They were amazingly friendly and attentive. We are both not at the age where hearing problems are typically a concern but we were still afforded a thorough check-up, testing and had very informative discussions.
The staff at the Georgetown location were very helpful and knowledgeable. The Technician explained my results in great detail and identified the areas where I have sustained severe loss. He recommended hearing aids which I have purchased and am quite pleased with. He went through all the maintenance, care and use of the hearing aids and scheduled another followup appointment to answer any questions I may have. I would highly recommend this ListenUP! location.
The staff were most helpful. The audiologist took time to explain the type of hearing loss I have, and made sure that I was comfortable with the hearing aids provided. He also explained how to look after them and encouraged me to come back for adjustments as needed. I would recommend this office to others who may be experiencing hearing loss; as I found out, the longer it is ignored the worse it gets and the more difficult to correct.
