Rich provides professional, courteous service and is extremely thorough, which is seldom found. I highly recommend him (Home Heroes) for duct cleaning as he is very knowledgeable and everyone in our home is breathing better. I will be contracting Home Heroes on an annual basis. Thank you Rich.

Rich was recommended by a neighbour. His service was professional and friendly. He offered me multiple dates for the cleaning and even accommodated me when I had to cancel the first time. The actual cleaning was about 2 hours. Holes were opened in the ducts. My ducts were very dirty, (see pic). After the holes were plugged up and the area vacuumed. I recommend Rich.
We moved into our new house 15 years ago. My wife and I thought it would be a good time to finally get our ducts cleaned. I set up an appointment with Rich, and after a couple of phone calls, we set and date and time. Rich showed up at our house, and within 4 hours, he was packed up and we were both thrilled at the excellent job that he performed in our home. Not only did he point out all of the places where dirt would lie in the system, he drilled and using an air hose cleaned the ducts both inside and through each vent. If you want a very thorough/professional job, please consider using Rich's company. You will be glad you did!!
Took the time to explain everything, reasonably priced
I have dealt with a few different duct cleaning companies in the past and it wasn't until I had my ducts cleaned by this company that I realized what a proper duct cleaning looks like. Rich from Home Heroes takes his time in making sure each vent is thoroughly cleaned and has no issues explaining the whole process to me. I was so impressedwith the cleaning that I got him to do my father's housewhich was 5 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
