I know that we're pretty much on lockdown with this virus, but that doesn't give you the right to be rude to my wife by yelling and screaming at her in front of your customers, I know there's an issue with my taxes and you keep saying that you're checking your checking, but how about telling me what I should do to maybe help the process along, I will not call this person out publicly as I'm not that kind of person, but seriously, what am I suppose to do...
I have to say that Tina Giberson at the Georgetown, ON branch is absolutely fantastic. Friendly, professional and quick! I've dealt with many tax preparers over the years but she is the best!
