Was at mountainview dental today and was advised of a new policy they have about secondary policy billing. We are now told to pay up front for everything that was not covered with our primary policy. Once I explained that I will not be paying up front and that is your job and paperwork to be mailed out to my secondary benefit provider they folded and will take care of receiving the fund from them. Nice customer service!!!!!
Mountainview Dental is very professional! I am very satisfied with their high level skills expertise, their great customer service, and for providing a safe and fun environment for the kids. I highly recommend this dental service, you don't need to look anywhere else as Mountainview Dental is the best!
