Always love going in here! Even if its just to pop in and look around at whats new, although it can be dangerous for my budget its always nice to talk to the awesome staff, and ask about products I haven't tried or am looking to get! The manager is also super friendly (and always has the best hair and beard) and doesn't ever make you feel pressured into buying, but does make recommendations based on what you ask about of course!
Today was my first time in Rock Universe Georgetown, and have to say it was a wonderful shopping experience. I wanted the vaporizer but knew nothing about what to look for, or what I wanted out of the product.I explained and knew nothing about Vaporizers. The lady working today educated me on what options I had as well gone through cleaning of product and basic care of the product. as well as registering it online. My intent today for going to Rock Universe was to do research only. The service I received was so great I bought a vaporizer. 5 stars for customer service Jayde L
