After a 3 day ordeal with terrible rona online shopping process, bunch of emails with Darlene & Breanna from customer service, I did not receive an answer why my order was cancelled in the first place.. If you are looking for very slow service and lots of headache this is a place for you! If not, do yourself a favor and go to Home Hardware where they have a good system and they know what they're doing!

In general, Rona stores are disappointing. Poor customer service. Poorly stocked. This was a very pleasant exception. Received real customer service. Pleasant and knowledgeable. RONA pay attention, this is how a store should be run.
Great Staff but sometimes limited products
The customer service in this store is always excellent! I went in to buy galvanized steel for rodent protection and found a store associate in less than a minute. Garry took time to walk me throughout the store, assisting with all the products and helped me check out quickly. Could not have asked for a better experience.
Most of the experience in RONA Georgetown are all wonderful and we know they are experiencing difficult time financially. All staffs are very helpful and knowledgable if they don't have certain product. They will give you guidance where to get them even from the counterpart store. Thumbs up!
