Went in there to get a couple of bikes and was blown away by the knowledge, level of service and accommodation by each individual I had dealings with. They had my bike assembled ahead of schedule, the deal was amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend this location to friends and family.

Went out of my way to purchase a pair of woman's hiking boots that were advertised on sale in their flyer. The man (manager) was fast to tell me "Mens hiking boots... No we don't have them" I informed him that I was looking to purchase woman's boots on sale. He immediately informed me that No we we don't have them. I asked why do you have them advertised on the flyer ? He said "First of all the Flyer is a published nationally and l should order them on Amazon. Realizing he didn't care about me replied thank you for wasting my time and then he became aggressive and l left.

Sports check is a great place to shop at for all your sports equipment needs. The staff is so nice and willing to help you for everything. Their clothing section has almost everything you want, which is truly amazing. They have sports equipment from hockey to soccer, I think they have almost everything! I would really recommend this place for anyone who needs sports equipment

Poor customer service. Went to buy a surfing shirt, and there was a large sign saying "swim wear 50% off". The surfing shirt I picked is on the same rack as a shirt labeled "Nike swim". I go to pay for the shirt and the cashier tells me the shirt is not considered swim wear, while it clearly is swimwear. The manager declined to give a discount even though there is a sign stating the discount. The store would rather save 20 dollars than to keep a customer happy and returning for more purchases.

Id give 3 1/2 but I seen customers grabbing running shoes and just putting them back on shelf!

Staff are friendly, and decent selection. Cant believe over Christmas season they dont have extended later hours like every other store/mall. Disappointed. Also, they dont carry enough variety in sizing on alot of their clothing. Other than that good size store including an Atmosphere section, and helpful employees who are knowledgeable.

I was at the store today with my husband and we were busy looking at backpacks and were offered assistance by 3 very polite employees. When the third one came I asked what time they closed and she said 5 o'clock. It was now 5:40. We felt so terrible for keeping them late and apologized. Her attitude was amazing and she said no problem and continued to help us. When we went to pay we apologized to the other 2 employees there and they were also not bothered at all and were very professional. So nice to see young employees with such good manners and work ethic.
