Terrible customer service. Managers are useless when it comes to resolving issues or understanding common sense. Considering leaving TD completely because of this specific branch. Wish I could give 0 stars. 1 is too many.

Yesterday your teller Rhonda was having an extremely bad day and refused to deposit my cheque into my account without applying a hold And demanded me to go to the bank which the check was issued from to get it verified... This was my weekly paycheck which has never been held the duration of working at this job for 3 years. I’ve banked with td for over 10 years and I cannot think of a positive experience with Rhonda. She is always seems on edge and ready to ruin your day as she definitely isn’t happy or ready to help you. The following day I went to a different branch and they had no idea what new policy’s rhonda was referring to. I cannot wait until you reopen your Georgetown south location so I can avoid this woman like the plague she is.

Like any other TD location same generic employees no regard for how loyal your business has been, do yourself a favor come mortgage time consult with a broker I am glad I did will open your eyes to what the bank can't do.
