Making an appointment is easy and they make sure to follow up with you to confirm. Sometimes the wait time is longer but I'm a fairly patient person so it's not a big deal.

Please run far away from this office . They do not care about their patients or staff . I worked here as a front desk for a short period of time . In 2 months i saw hippa violations, fraud , malpractice, and not COVID regulated . Worse obgyn office . If i put all the horrors i saw in that place ... i would run out of space to type .

Sent an online appointment request and someone promptly called me to get my info. It took about 15 minutes because she kept putting me on hold, but I was patient and got my insurance info added and appointment confirmed. The next day, someone else called trying to get my insurance info and schedule an appointment. I was confused because I already gave it to someone. She proceeded to be very rude to me and tell me that theres no way I did because she's the one who does that and was extremely condescending to me when I tried to ask her to look up my appointment time and see if there was a misunderstanding. She honestly made me not want to go there at all, she was so incredibly rude and they are obviously extremely disorganized. I chose to cancel my appointment.

Trash experience and practice. My first review was removed, but it doesn't change the lack of professionalism others have/will receive. Rude nurse practitioner (Maria), unorganized staff, unconcerned doctors. Gave me incorrect dosages of medicine, messed up referrals, tried to blame me for their inconsistencies. Samaddar wasn't present for my delivery & never checked on me. I didn't meet Lemon until after I delivered. No one was consistent with my discharge procedure. THANK YOU EMORY FOR DOING GCFW'S JOB! Not the place to go for a high risk pregnancy or anything related to being a woman! They offer many services at a subpar level and treat POC clients as if they don't matter. Do better, especially since this practice is owned by a POC.
