Service department opened on time and this was super important to me because I had to go to work right after. I was greeted immediately upon entering the garage. I forgot my mask and the person greeting me was able to provide me with a mask. Definitely give that person a 10/10 for customer service. Also, I don't drink coffee but there was some available as well as bottle water. Waiting area was clean and comfy.
