before giving my window curtains specifically asked the person who came to pick up the curtains whether they would be able to launder the curtains as they had plastic rings on the panels ..he said he would show it at the shop and revert back. next day he sent me a estimate of laundry and said it could be done without damage. on delivery curtains packed hence did not open same day - when they were to be hung - to my shock saw every second ring was damaged . they charge heavy but work done is very shabby not up to the mark. when item is damaged expect reputed laundry to not charge or give discount and apologize. here client has to keep calling to see how the damage can be fixed ... ..
