Company is in a rush and Makes mistakes many Times over. Company did not submit a TM as requested to “mirror” my previous successful TM. They pointed blame at me and presented emails as proof. But these emails are flawed and don’t go to the core that they simply did not adhere to the original successful TM that I failed to renew in time. Thus... the company doses not give its customers the benefit of the doubt any longer; even though I had used them for 10 years! They’ve changed with new personal and I will no longer use them. Watch their re-tort, it’s always the same, a hard line with no flexibility and no admission of a mistake on their part. They TrueLine have gone down hill and lost me as a customer. Goodbye TOP Buyer beware

The initial work that i received was very elementary. They should have paid me to even look at the design. No effort went into the drawings. I waisted valuable time. Classic example of OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER.

I used Thoughts to Paper recently for a patent search. They did a very good work on this. They gave me a summary comparison with other patents in that area. Suggestions were also given to improve the chances of getting the patent. I commend them for trying to upend and disrupt patent process; and to make it much more easier and in many ways much more affordable to the general public.
