Just went in for a few groceries. The lady serving me at the counter didn't have a mask on aswell as many other employees in the shop. Not impressed at all

Firstly, my car was damaged by the massive pothole at the entrance into the garage. Then, the petrol attendant looked like he was doing me a favor. Super rude and doesn't look like he enjoys his job at all. The lady behind the counter was sleeping. When she did open, she was annoyed that I woke her. In fact, she didn't even greet me. Then, my cigarettes are about R5 more expensive than the recommended selling price WHICH IS PRINTED ON THE BOX!!!! Just don't use this garage. Period. They clearly don't need the business if the staff treat patrons like this.

I found a hair in my pie, so I took it back to complain and wanted a refund . The people at the till sent me to the staff that makes the pies, the staff said it wasn't a hair but fibres from a cloth they use to clean the surfaces. The manager didn't want to be apart of the situation and left it up to the lady to decide how it gets dealt with. I'm very upset because I've come here alot of times before and always fill up at this place WEEKLY! Simple refund was then offered after a while of arguing about how the hair is not a hair and they offered me another pie. Seriously? I'm not coming back . I'm very vetlry disappointed in Sasol managers here and the staff here.
