Firstly I'd like to commend the speedy delivery, I ordered the probiotics yesterday and they arrived today. This was incredible! Especially because I live in the outskirts of Gauteng and the place is semi rural, other companies take a week or two to deliver this side. I bought using the Black Friday buy 1 get 1 free special and received 2 products as promised. I also got a hand written thank you note which was really a cherry on top . The packaging is also appealing. Before buying I asked a question on their Facebook page and they responded in less than 10 minutes which is quite impressive. The online service is also easy to use. I am very impressed with this product. My mother started using it about 8 months ago. She was already underweight when she got sick and lost what little weight she had very quickly. With many products on the market but it being VERY expensive, I found BioGen through a family member. She has started picking up some weight and she has started getting stronger.
