The club has a calm atmosphere and the staff is quite helpful. It is not crowded and it is easy to get a class booking online. The kick classes are in demand though so better book a week in advance.

The best gym I've ever been to!!. The staff members are beyond exceptional, from reception to the cleaners everyone makes you feel super welcome!!!
Nice and new, although not that spacious. Equipment is great but would be nice to have more variety. Ended up moving to Planet Fitness..but still highly recommended!!

Great service, the club doesn't get too full in the mornings so I am sticking to this club for a while.
Friendly staff and quiet gym. Not crowded at all and sufficient training equipment. Gym has a large swimming pool and both steam room plus sauna that's very spacious. The kauia is very convenient for healthy post workout meals. The gym is situated on the northern side on the roof in the office block. Access from the undercover parking too. The Sauna & Steam rooms are still not in operation. When I queried, they told me that they are waiting on government to approve their request. Only then can they switch it back on. I am not convinced. Gym fees are expensive and we are paying full premiums, but however we only have half the service. I think virgin active needs to half our premiums as well. What do you think?
Some of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful but the size of the place is not enough to accommodate everyone during peak periods. Very clean and the shower facilities and sauna nice to use. The machines are always maintained and you don't hear of breakdowns
