The customer service provided by Matt is nothing short of exceptional. I recently visited Gerrards Cross for a family function and, unfortunately, my Father forgot to pack his black tie trousers. Matt literally saved the day. With only 45 minutes prior to the event starting Matt arrived at our hotel with two pairs of trousers. Unbelievable service and great trousers!
