One of the two traditional ginger bread makers in Gertwiller. Smaller than the competition's store, but a great selection of traditional baked goods and modern twists on ginger bread. Beautifully located across the street from the historical city hall building. If you're staying in Barr you can walk here, but there is also customer parking.

Nice place to visit. A good gasp into the Alsacian baking history. Product are really tasty and have the right texture. Though, some ingredients could have been more natural.
