Our electric towel rail was delivered with the wrong size element. No problem, we rang up & were told the correct one would be sent out the following day. Then we asked what to do with the incorrect one they had sent in error, we were told a manager would have to deal with that & as he was busy he would ring back later. He didn't. The next day we rang again to be told they now refused to send the correct one until we had returned the other at our own expense (they claimed would reimburse the postage if everything was ok). We asked if the courier bringing the replacement couldn't just collect it. No. We asked if they could give us a pre paid delivery form. No. As the element had just been bubble wrapped & jammed into the towel rail box it would mean buying some packaging material (there was no mention of reimbursement for this). We asked to speak to a manager. In a meeting. We rang back & asked to speak to a manager. Busy. We rang back & asked to speak to a manager & were told he refused to speak to us & was washing his hands of it. I bought the correct size element from Screwfix & put it down to a lesson learned. While they no doubt had a good laugh in the office it's worth remembering that we're not the only customers who buy something from a company for the first time partly to see whether to buy more. The other 3 radiators (in excess of 700 total) we were looking at will be bought elsewhere. One of those instances where you wish you could give reviews in minus numbers.

Ordered items on Monday, radiators should be delivered today. I didn’t receive any despatch email, and I even had to ask for a receipt (which I still don’t have). Called them yesterday to confirm the delivery is happening today and asked for a receipt. Heard nothing so decided to call them again today to ask for delivery company details which they gave to me after checking my records. I called the delivery company and they said they have not received the items. I then had to call geyser back and let them know... they said they’d look into it. I got a call back and they said there’s been an error and nothing been sent out!! This is not okay, they had so many opportunities to check the dispatch. Now they are saying Monday.. it’s so unprofessional. To not even email a receipt let alone not even despatching them items when you say you will. If I didn’t call and chase how long would it have been? They need to work out what’s going wrong and do some checks whether things have actually been actioned, this is basic stuff!

Used Geyser quite a few times over many years for decorative radiators for my customers. Never had an issue with service or products. I usually order and pay over the phone and then collect from them in Bolton, never been let down - radiators always in stock when I arrive. Have on occasionally had goods delivered and no problems with carrier - and radiator arrived in A1 condition when expected. Most recently, rang to check a radiator was in stock for my customer and told them I will collect Saturday morning, I was told that they will put one aside with my name on it. Saturday morning, I sent my wife up to collect. On arrival, they processed her paperwork, took payment and gave her the radiator and valves. Once again, no problems. In my experience, Geyser are pretty flexible, well organised and have delivered on customer service each and every time I have ordered.

Staff that know what they are doing!! Gave advice on best product for each room! The tech stuff can baffle slightly but they explained in a way that even I could get!!What a nice change! Rads for all through my house, delivered as promised and after sales questions were answered in terms I understand! Would highly recommend!!
