We have outstanding issues from a previous tenancy agreement in our property which have not been resolved yet (hence 1 star less than perfect), but our property manager Shamus has been amazing. Always friendly and attentive, he's been chasing up our requests pro-actively and regularly for us, checking in with us without prompts as well. We'd recommend Shamus and hope he continues to be our point of contact for a very long time.
