My mother had been here twice already with only half the test possible.... I had my mother's appointment booked here through Cigna TtK... The appointment got shifted to Monday for clinics report that the doctor was not available... When I reached on next appointment date .. they told me doctors not available... I told them about how it's possible.. the lady at the reception said very rudely that I was making a scene and it's not allowed here... I said she should have cancelled the appointment... Receptionist said she is not be blamed and I should be talking to my health claim provider... Nothing in hand me and mother of 60 years old had to return to book next Appointment date... On booking the next date... We clearly asked them on all doctors availability and will all the test be done... They said yes.. we reached on the date... Made to wait for almost one and a half hour for registration and then after another 2 hours they tell my mother that only half the test can be done as they are facing electricity issue.. and she needs to come again for the test. I see people paying lots of money for simple blood tests and kept waiting for unusual hours and then treated like they are doing us a favour... Simple concepts of care and comfort is not at all available in the clinic

Good and well managed diagnostic center. Good pool of docotrs. Seems they have tieup with good coroporates for medical check up. All kind of regular checks including dental and eye wgichbis rare in diagnostic centers. Only problem is higj wait time. It took around 4 hrs for complete checkup, still work is satisfactory with cooperative staff.

Don't go by name apollo as their service does not match at all with premier healthcare providers. Went for blood checkup in Dec2020 for my mother and they took 2 hours for taking simple blood sample. After that they told me that report will come after two days. For simple CBC, KFT and LFT which pathology takes that much time. When I asked them to provide report at least next day then they simply denied and told it is not possible to provide results in 1 day. Because of that I need to cancel doctor appointment as it required reports. I usually get test done via Max lab or Dr lal path lab and normal time they take for report is 2-3 hours(Max Lab) and 6-7 hours(Dr Lal). Must say Apollo clinic Indrapuram is not worth at all in terms of their service and turn around time. Highly dissatisfied.

I had appointment for my entire family. The whole procedure was well coordinated by Mr. Mahesh. The sample collection professional was well equipped with PPE kit, took all precautions and was very professional. Overall a well managed procedure

Not Recommended. Even if you have appointment still you have to wait at least for 2 hours and they even don't provide reports on Apollo portal or on email . Can be avoided if you don't want to waste your time.
